The International Center of Progress and Growth Studies issued a warning of an enormous environment disaster in Iraq due to the blocking of border rivers by the Iranian regime, al-Sharqiya TV reported.
“Due to the measures of the Iranian regime in closing the water of border rivers, drinking water throughout Iraq has decreased by 20%,” this center announced.
“If the Iranian regime refuses to allow the flow of a number of its rivers, some eastern and southern Iraqi provinces will suffer a catastrophic environmental disaster,” this center continued.
