A number of prisoners in Evin Prison are now suffering from internal digestive illnesses due to the facility’s unclean water.
Despite being aware of the illness spreading among numerous prisoners, the mullahs’ henchmen in Evin Prison have not taken any action to provide treatment for them. Before this incident, political prisoners in Evin’s Ward 350, the women’s ward and the notorious Ward 209 had time and again informed the prison officials about the unclean water and demanded clean, sanitary water to be provided for the prisoners. However, the Iranian regime has refused to respond to their requests.
