Following the expiration of the 72-hour ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, on Friday Israel once again targeted Gaza areas with its air attacks. Israel says missiles were fired from inside Gaza towards Israel. Hamas said it had no role in the missile fires.
Reuters cited witnesses in Gaza reporting massive explosions took place in this area and the smoke of this explosion was seen from far distances.
