Kurdistan Regional Government President Massud Barzani warned the Kurds will reconsider their relations with the central government if Maliki continues its violations of the constitution and neglecting participation,.
“Baghdad is not committed to the constitution,” he said during a recent meeting with the Italian ambassador, adding that Iraqi Kurdistan will not accept being an attaché of the central government.
