In a telephone interview with INTV, Paulo Casaca, Member of the European Parliament and the Co-Chair of the Friends of a Free Iran, emphasized that disobedience of the European Union from the European Court of Justice is concerning and insulting; we have to condemn it; we have to refer to the people and tell them that by this measure, the EU has endangered values, security, and every thing of ours.

Casaca said: The Court ruled again that the EU Council of Ministers illegally accuses the PMOI of terrorism; the European Court of Justice emphasized that the Council was informed of the British Court’s verdict regarding annulment of terrorist designation by the British government and it was informed that the British Judiciary authorities have accused the government of illegal measures, yet it has repeated terrorist designation of the PMOI.

This is concerning for all of us in Europe that our political system disobeys judicial laws, disobeys democracy rules, just to satisfy the mullahs; this is unbelievable but the significance of this verdict is that we realized once more from the highest judicial authorities that this accusation is void.
