Diyala residents to file complaint against Maliki

Al Babeliya TV, 9 Oct 2013 – Iraqi MP Ra’d al-Dehlaki from Diyala Province said his constituents will file a complaint against the armed forces commander in chief Nouri Maliki and province security commander on charges of neglecting to implement the law and protect people’s lives and properties.
Diyala tribes declared this complaint is being filed since no serious measures have been taken by Maliki and his security commanders to stop the forced migration of people, murders and arrests. Al-Dehlaki called on Maliki to carry out urgent changes in the security dossier and impose true reform to end the Diyala people’s pains and sufferings.
