The Iranians and supporters of the PMOI in Toronto, on Saturday November 27, staged a demonstration in Toronto, Canada in support of Ashraf residents. Through chanting strong slogans, the demonstrators expressed their protest to the continuation of the inhumane siege on Ashraf by the Maliki government and the mullahs’ regime. The demonstrators chanted fierily towards the intensification of suppressive restrictions against the residents in Ashraf and the prevention of transfer of terminally ill patients to hospitals and also the prevention of surgeries by Iraqi forces, especially the prevention of the transfer of Ashraf patients Elham Fardipour and Mehdi Fat’hi to hospitals for treatment.
In the end, the demonstrators announced that the protection of Ashraf must be provided by the UN and UNAMI and these organizations must end the psychological torture on Ashraf residents and the conspiracies of the Maliki government.
