House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Democrat of California, supported President Bush’s administration’s decision for designating entities and individuals affiliated to the Iranian regime for proliferation activities and support of terrorism.

She said I fully support firm sanctions against the Iranian regime; this regime should not think that it can produce nuclear weapons for military objectives. She added: “The president has assured me of the way he seeks to approach the Iranian regime that he would impose harsh diplomacy and sanctions.
