On Friday, March 18th a group of angry and fed up people in the towns of Bidbaland and Bidzard rallied outside the governorate office in Behbahan, southwest Iran, held rallies. Protests were focused on inaction by government officials to relieve the water shortage and lack of water quality.
The protesting people reiterated that since last year people across the West Tashan region have witnessed the water problem. However, government officials have taken no action.
