In an interview with INTV on the fifth anniversary of the June 17 semi-coup against the Iranian Resistance, Henry Leclerc, one of the most prominent French lawyers and honorably chairman of the Human Rights League, asserted that June 17 file is empty and must be dismissed; surrendering to the Iranian regime’s pressures has caused dishonor.

Henry Leclerc said: I hope France not to disgrace itself, when the process of June 17, 2003 started with attack on Auvere-sur-oise and prosecutions against a number of individuals, France said the reason for those prosecutions were the EU terror list. However now when in my view this designation is going to be annulled and while the Iranian Resistance judicial record is hollow, France shouldn’t say: We have a process in France that justifies PMOI designation in the EU terrorist list.
