Kurdistan Regional Government President Massud Barzani said problems escalated with the central government with the formation of the Dijla Operations Command and the Kurds are concerned about the mentality that intends to use the Army for its own purpose, Al Sharqiya TV reported.
“All oil contracts in the Kurdistan Region are in line with the constitution and we are not against it,” he said.
