Osama Najafi, Iraqi MP from Iraqi National Faction, described the Iranian regime an aggressive regime and said: Iraq has turned into the battle ground between the Iranian regime and the US. Therefore, Maliki’s visit to Iran hasn’t had any achievements.

He said: The Iraqi government is incapable of coping with Iranian regime’s aggressions in Iraq, because it does not have the initiative; the issue is much bigger for Iraq to prevent Iran’s aggressions, because it is a fight between Iran and the US in Iraq.
