The Damascus Revolutionary Military Council in a statement called on all Arab and Western states to evacuate their diplomatic delegations from Syria within 72 hours and withhold from sending any diplomatic delegations to this country. This council acknowledged that any relation with the Syrian regime is participation in the killing of the Syrian people.
