Four Iranian cities witness new labor & drivers’ protests

Isfahan:
The strike of truck owners in the city of Naein in Isfahan continued for the fifth consecutive day. These truck owners are protesting the increase of fuel prices and have been on strike demanding higher wages.


Rudbar:
A group of workers and retired employees of the Sangrud Steel Industry in Rudbar held a rally on Saturday, May 10th, protesting the fact that their wages have not been paid for two months. This rally was outside the retirement center of this city.


Dasht-e Azadegan:
The poor street vendors of Dasht-e Azadegan held a gathering on Saturday, May 10th, at the city bazaar protesting the regime agents that prevented them from trying to make an earning. The people at the scene protested and rushed to the street vendors’ support.


Tehran:
A group of Fatemiya Perfume Company employees held a rally protesting the fact that they have not received their salaries for the past two months.
