Azzaman daily: The Spanish National Court issued a writ dating 11 July 2011 accepting a complaint against the perpetrators of the attack against Ashraf residents on 8 April 2011 which left 36 residents killed and 350 others wounded. Based on this ruling against Nouri Maliki, three Army commanders are summoned to appear before court on 3 October 2011.
