Abdulvahid Fiazi, a member of the Iranian regime’s Majlis (parliament) Education Commission said, “Currently the education fields is facing an imbalanced number of men and women in its personnel, meaning it doesn’t have enough men. However, it has more than enough women in its work force. In total, in the education field due to the reservations that exist women teachers do not work in boys high schools and girls schools have less men working in their facilities. 70% of the teachers are women and this is much more than what the Education Ministry needs.”
“This will lead to the future work force in this ministry becoming more limited for women. It is necessary to use more men in choosing new people in the work force.” (State-run ILNA news agency – July 21, 2014)
