Mujahedin Khalq movement statedthat the judge of al-Khalis court issued the third and final ruling of freedom of the 36 detainees of this movement, but the Government of Iraq refuses to release them, Asharqiya TV, Iraq reported September 29, 2009

The PMOI accused Hassan Kazemi Qomi, Iran’s ambassador in Baghdad, of putting pressure on the GoI to continue keeping them in detention and to transfer them to a prison in Baghdad.
