The US Department of Defense announced that the US Missile Defense System is examining a planned missile for shooting down the far-range missiles that may be launched by the Iranian regime, reported Al-Hurra TV on December 5.
The Pentagon spokesman said that this test targets the missiles that the countries like Iran and North Korea may launch. He emphasized that the test being carried out in the Pacific Ocean sky is part of the Missile Defense System that the US is going to establish.
