Basij militants stationed at an inspection check post Saadat-Abad, one of Tehran suburbs stopped a car belonging to a family on the New Year Eve for inspection and harassed the passengers. The father of the family gets out of his car and clashes with the Basij militant giving them a painful lesson. Other vehicles in that area first protest against this harassment by blowing horns and whistles, but later join the family in the center of the quarrel and attack the Basijis.
When the annoying militants see the angry crowd gathering around the check point, rush to their cars and leave the check point unattended and flee.
