Iraqiya Coalition leader Ayad Allawi in an interview with the UAE al-Khalij daily warned against any efforts to dissolve the Iraqi Parliament in this period, emphasizing such a measure would be a crushing and deadly blow to the Iraqi people, Al Jazeera TV reported on February 14th.
In Allawi’s opinion, the real solution to the crisis is for the National Alliance to candidate someone to replace Maliki to lead the Council of Ministers, or the United Nations to bring unordinary assets to supervise over the upcoming Iraqi elections.
