The Kuwaiti daily Al-Qabas wrote: In a letter to the Committee of UN sanctions, the Kuwaiti government announced its commitment to implement that Council’s resolution for sanctioning Iran due to dissembling Uranium enrichment halt.

This letter partly reads: There are gaps and incompetence in some laws and regulations which hinder implementations against the Iranian regime particularly in blockade of that regime’s assets and searching goods in customs, but Kuwait binds itself to rectify this incompetence.
