NCRI – Reports from inside Iran indicate that the Iraqi forces stationed in Camp Ashraf continue to plunder residents’ property.
Colonel Nahad, Commander of the rapid deployment battalion stationed in Camp Ashraf, is one of the principal elements in these thieveries.
Under supervision of people stationed in Camp Ashraf from the Prime Ministry committee tasked to suppress Camp Ashraf residents and through employing the personnel of his battalion, Colonel Nahad is busy stealing the property of Ashraf residents and on a daily basis using various methods.
According to these reports in the recent days, Iraqi forces have gone to one of the Ashraf residents’ parking lots and stole many parts of the engines such as sparkplugs and batteries.
Likewise, after entering one of the central buildings in Camp Ashraf, the Iraqi forces took a considerable amount of dishware, food, mattresses, blankets and the like. They also stole some of the exercise equipment of the residents.
In another development, reports from inside the Iranian regime indicate that in recent weeks several units from the terrorist Quds Force have gone to Iraq to crackdown on the people of Anbar Province. Ghasem Soleimani, commander of Quds force, has told Maliki that the Iraqi Army cannot be trusted. In order to end people’s uprising in Al-Anbar, units of Quds force are training Maliki’s Special Force for battle in urban areas and suppression of tribes and popular resistance. This is in addition to their direct participation in suppressive operations.
In return for regime’s assistance in the suppression of Anbar and support for his third term as prime minister, Maliki has committed himself to increase the pressures on Camp Liberty residents. He has also agreed to assist the Iranian regime to skirt the sanctions and sell its oil. This is but a part of a policy to confront Saudi Arabia. Since long time ago, Khamenei has ordered regime’s leaders to make use of Iraq’s assistance in order to break the “dominion of Saudi Arabia and its allies” over the oil market.
In recent days and weeks, Camp Liberty residents have been facing increasing suppressive measures and anti-human restrictions. Obstructing entry and departure of black water tankers, hampering visit of patients to the hospital, installing a pole for surveillance purposes in Camp Liberty, barring entry of many items needed to repair the damages caused by the missile attack, and obstructing entry of many other goods purchased by residents are among these measures.
