In an interview with Italian daily La Republica the Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak said that the US intelligence community report says about Iran’s nuclear program for military purposes that was stopped in 2003. The existence of such a program with the military nature raises questions about the possibility of resuming it in the future. Therefore it is necessary that Iranian regime acts transparently.

The Egyptian President added that yet unsolved problems between Egypt and Iran exist and after solving these problems our diplomatic relation could be resumed.
