The Iraq High Military Council, representing the uprising armed tribes, rejected an initiative proposed by Anbar Province Governor Ahmed Khalaf and described it as disgraceful and suspicious, Al Jazeera TV reported.
“The objective of this initiative was to damage the interest of the Iraqi people and revolution, and in fact reviving Maliki and his party,” the high council emphasized, adding it condemns the Anbar governor’s initiative because it contains articles and details that allies the governor and those with him, the Iranian regime and Maliki.
