On the 43rd day of Iranian Resistance supporters’ sit-in outside UN headquarters in New York, the congratulation messages regarding victory of the Iranian Resistance in Luxemburg Court and the statement of Mrs. Maryam Rajavi about annulment of the terrorist tag from the PMOI were read.

The congratulation message of the supporters of the Iranian Resistance in Canada to Ashraf residents partly reads: We congratulate this victory to each of you in Ashraf, and we hope the Resistance victories continue more extensively until the overthrow of the clerical regime ruling Iran.

Mrs. Marjam, the prominent artist, who participated in the sit-in, congratulated this great victory of the resistance.

Then during his speech, Reverend David Larry, the progressive priest from New York, said: I am unisonous with you against the religious dictatorship ruling Iran and this solidarity is the voice of freedom and democracy for the public opinion. He said: It is our duty to support these freedom-lovers who enjoy the protection based on the Fourth Geneva Convention.

Then the letter of solidarity of the Methodist Church of Northern California addressing the UN Secretary General was read. The letter asked Ban Ki-moon to take immediate measures to guarantee Ashraf residents’ security; the letter also emphasized that due to high risks, the US should continue to protect Ashraf.
