EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM TO THE TERRORISM ACT 2000 (PROSCRIBED ORGANISATIONS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2008

1. This explanatory memorandum has been prepared by The Home Office and is laid before Parliament by Command of Her Majesty.
2. Description
2.1 This Order amends Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 by removing “Mujaheddin e Khalq” from the list of proscribed organisations concerned in terrorism, so that it is no longer proscribed.
