
Orient Net, Jun 19, 2017— Opposition groups succeeded at dawn on Sunday (June 18) in controlling a number of positions in Hama southern countryside after clashes with the Assad terrorists and their allied Shia militias.
The opposition’s operation room in Homs northern countryside said its fighters managed to control Hoosh Kubaybat and al-Hoosh Battalion, killing and wounding a number of Assad terrorists and seizing an Assad tank with light and medium weapons inside it, orient News correspondent said.
Opposition withdrew from the locations they took over after Russian aircraft launched dozens of airstrikes on the newly captured areas.
On the other hand, opposition fighters targeted gatherings of the Assad terrorists at the MTN Tower and the surroundings of the Thermal Station with artillery and machine guns in response to targeting civilians by Assad terrorists south of Hama.
