A terrorist attack in Baghdad’s al-Taji region, located in the northern section of the city, left at least 14 killed and 20 wounded, all members of the Awakening Council.
Al Jazeera reported citing police sources at the scene saying a suicide bomber exploded his bomb-belt in the middle of a number of Awakening  Council members who were waiting to receive their monthly salaries.
