Iran: terrified of teachers’ uprising regime releases some of arrested Tehran protesters

The Iranian regime was forced to release 130 individuals Wednesday after they were arrested earlier in the morning during the teacher’s rally in Tehran, reports indicate. These individuals were released early yesterday evening.
Teachers from across Iran rallied Wednesday outside the regime’s so-called parliament, demanding the release of their arrested colleagues and their minimum rights. These protesters were arrested by the regime’s special Anti-Riot Guards and other security forces and many were arrested.
Those arrested were transferred to various locations, including the Vozara Detention Center in Tehran. These arrests led to even more anger and dissent amongst the teachers, forcing the regime to release all the apprehended individuals in fear of these protests escalating into a major uprising.
