Khamenei furious over Morsi stand against Iran

Three weeks after the Non-Aligned Movement summit in Tehran, Khamenei made remarks clearly referring to the position taken by Egyptian President Mohammad Morsi in calling for Assad’s overthrow.
“Due to pressure enforced by the US, various countries that have undergone a revolution have been forced to take particular stances these days,” Khamenei said.
“The enemies’ hopes to overthrow the system have decreased since the first years of the Iranian revolution,” Khamenei claimed in a speech to a gathering of military personnel.
“It is a well-known method of the West to depict Iran’s conditions as dark and without any hope,” Khamenei said in reference to his regime’s unprecedented international isolation.
