Assad military forces committed yet another war crime by targeting a market in Aleppo using surface-to-surface missiles on Tuesday, killing at least 32 civilians and injuring dozens of others. A large number of the victims were women and children.
In the meantime Assad warplanes also targeted residential areas in Damascus with barrel bombs.
