Iraqiya Coalition official spokeswoman Meysoun Al-Damalouji said documents obtained by this coalition, signed and sent by Iraqi Army Ground Forces Commander General Ali Gheidan to the Dijla Operations Command, are literally equivalent to declarations of war against the Kurdistan region.
