Based on documents and reports received by the National Council of Resistance of Iran in Paris from inside the mullahs’ regime, the Iranian regime has tasked the Government of Iraq with expropriation of Ashraf residents’ property as soon as possible and expelling from Ashraf  those who have remained there  to protect the residents’ property.
Last week, mullahs’ embassy in Baghdad summoned a number of GOI’s ministers and officials and notified them of instructions of Ghasem Soleimani, commander of the Quds Force, to the effect that “Ashraf  must be evacuated as soon as possible”. Hadi Ameri, commander of the 9th Badr Corps and Maliki’s minister of transportation, was among the attendants in the meeting. Following his return from the embassy, he wrote a letter to Maliki and his National Security Advisor Faleh Fayyaz Ameri, a copy of which was sent to the Quds force. He wrote in the letter, “Iran’s (regime) believes all the excuses this organization is making for not being transferred to Hurriya compound is a bid to buy time” and the GOI must increase its “measures” and “pressures” on the PMOI in order to “expedite relocation of these people”.
The Iranian Resistance has previously announced repeatedly that the repressive measures  against Ashraf residents and expropriation of their property by the Government of Iraq are carried out at the behest of the Iranian regime, and Martin Kobler is paving the path for it. In its statement dated 21 January 2013, NCRI stated that Mr. Kobler, “advocates Al-Maliki and the Iranian regime interests against members of the Iranian opposition, and his measures are for expropriation of the residents’ property and laying ground for next massacre of the opposition members in Iraq, , which Al-Maliki and Khamenei in their shaky position greatly need.”
