The Ukraine interim government has announced its readiness for constitutional changes and allocating power and to the regions of this country.
The interim prime minister and president have presented a bill to the parliament asking amnesty for those who took over government buildings.
“We are ready to implement complete changes in the constitution,” the Ukraine interim prime minister said.
