The Pentagon reported a C-130 Hercules military cargo plane crashed in Jalalabad of Afghanistan, killing 11 people.
According to this source the cargo plane encountered an incident and crashed after taking off from Jalalabad airport.
The Taliban has claimed of downing this plane.
