Al Babeliya TV, 5 Oct 2013 – The people of al-Anbar Province opposed entering negotiations to place the authority of their province under the control of the central government.
“The henchmen killed us, destroyed our homes, murdered our youths and bombed our mosques. These crimes are unprecedented…When they say we do not seek to overthrow this government, I swear to God that this is not true. We still want, more than ever before, to have this government changed,” an al-Anbar sheikh said.
