“Guidance” police patrols were seen around the site of this event near the Iranian capitals Milad Tower on the second day of the Fajr Film Festival in Tehran that had begun on Monday, February 1.
The “Guidance” patrol is a part of Iran’s state police and the Cultural Revolution Council approved these new units under a comprehensive plan to impose for clothing regulations.
