Two months after East Azerbaijan’s earth quake, while admitting negligence of the Iranian regime in saving the lives of people hit by the quake, Iranian Red Crescent chief said: After starting the job and passed the initial salvation phase, we saw that some responsible systems did not participate… I reported all the negligence to the president, but I did not make it public in the media, reported state-run Mehr News Agency on October 23, 2012.
“I believe it was not necessary to make all the problems public… regarding providing trailers, keeping the cattle, electricity, gas and … I wrote a letter and announced that all those items were necessary; I have all the documents.”, he added.
