Iranian regime Majlis (parliament) member Ali Mottahar admitted the mullahs’ so-called legislative body is nothing but a figure branch.
“The sickness that has engulfed the Majlis these days is the fact that it lacks independence, with one reason being due to a wrong interpretation of the velayat-e faqih principle,” Mottahari said. “Another reason is because of fear of being disqualified for beliefs or expressing one’s beliefs.”
