In an article in Asseyassa daily, published in Kuwait, Sufyan Abbas, Secretary General of Association of Independent Iraqi Jurists, described the declaration of 3 million Iraqi Shiites, announced at the Solidarity Congress with the Iraqi people, as a big “No” of the Iraqi people to the Iranian regime and its mercenaries and as reaffirming the covenant of honor of the Iraqi people.

Sufyan Abbas emphasized that the Iraqi people have made their stances clear about the gangs that hide behind the guise of religion and sectarianism, and announce that they won’t deviate from their covenant of honor with the Iranian Resistance which is a document of sacrifice, courage and bravery until the stability prevails in the region.
