The criminal guards in the prison in Kashan(central Iran) paralyzed both arms of a prisoner under severe torture. The victim, whose name is Mohammad Reza Rafiia’ii, went under torture after he objected to the poor sanitary situation of the prison.

The torturers handcuffed him and hanged him from his hands. The next day they found out his hands have no more motion.
