INTV, 22 Sep 2013 – Damascus Military Council issues a statement on behalf the Free Syrian Army:

We condemn the massacre of Ashraf residents by Maliki’s criminal forces and we call on the United Nations to provide security and protection for Camp Liberty residents, and the release of seven hostages as soon as possible.
We in the Free Syrian Army express our gratitude to Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, for her just positions and perseverance shoulder to shoulder with the Syrian people against the fascist criminal Syrian regime. The criminal is one, either in Tehran or Damascus, near Beirut or Baghdad; all criminals are guided and led by the criminal party ruling Iran.
