Kurdistan Press Website reported on Sunday: In continuation of the arrest of civil and political activists in Kurdistan, 7 youths from Marivan, city West of Iran, were arrested by security agents. News sources in Kurdistan reported the arrest of 7 Kurdish youths in Marivan, while during the past months, numerous political, civil, cultural and academic activists in this city were arrested by security agencies, and some of them are still in an undetermined status.
According to received reports, 4 people from the village of ‘Gouchakeh’ from the suburbs of the Sarshiv area of Marivan, on Thursday November 8, were arrested by the Revolutionary Guards Corps Intelligence and Security forces and transferred to Marivan.
The announced names of the detainees are Ebrahim Solaimani, Borhan Razkhadiv, Hamid Maryami and Omid Noori. Meanwhile Norouzi TV reported the arrest of three others by the names of Abubakr Yeganeh, Adel Sohrabi and Rafiq Sohrabi in the same city. It is said that there is no information on the conditions and whereabouts of these three men.
