
On June 9, 1952, Dr. Mohammad Mosaddeq took part in The Hague International Tribunal to defend the rights of Iranian nation. Then British government, seeking to make revenge on Dr. Mosaddeq due to nationalization of oil industry, sued Iran at the Hague International Tribunal.
The Iranian delegation headed by Dr. Mosaddeq participated in The Hague International Tribunal’s sessions since June 9 to June 23 and won the case and the victory of the Iranian people such that even the British judge ruled to the benefit of Iran.
