The situation and future of 80 full time emplyees of ’Farayand steel factory’ who were dishonorably discharged 7 months ago is still in limbo and their protest and grievances have fallen on to deaf ears.
ILNA, Iran’s official news agency on Monday Oct. 20th cited one of the workers’ representatives saying that the company’s management has tried to get rid of its full time and official employees by shutting the company’s door on them not allowing them to return to their jobs, a move that left the employees no other option than to refer the case to labor union to break the impasse. But despite the labor union’s efforts to return them back to their jobs, the company management has refused to allow them back.
