British Foreign Secretary William Hague in his trip to Kiev said Russia is dispatching secret militants to Ukraine and through “intense propaganda” is preventing elections in this country at the end of this month.
If Moscow succeeds in advancing its policy it will be a horrific defeat for democracy, he said. Hague went on to accuse Russia of engineering the referendum in eastern Ukraine in order to weaken the May 25th presidential elections.
