No-fly zone over northern Syria

Turkey has allowed the US to use its strategic Incirlik airbase for airstrikes against ISIS in Syria and Iraq. It is said this authorization has not been with a concession, and in return the US has agreed with a no-fly zone over northern Syria.
Hariyat daily published a piece on Friday, July 24th citing Turkish officials, “This area will be around 90 kilometers long and between 40 to 50 kilometers deep. This safe area will cover the border town of Jerablis near the Euphrates in northeastern Syria to the city of Mara’, north of Aleppo.”
