In a session held in Torino, Italy, to evaluate the human rights in Iran in which a number of associations and organs defending human rights participated, human rights violation by the cleric dictatorship was strongly condemned and the Iranian Resistance situation and legitimacy of the third option introduced by the President-elect of the Iranian Resistance was explained.
This session was held on the invitation of Association of Carlo Rosseli Social Liberals’ Association. The provincial Committee to Defend Democracy and Proscription of Gender discrimination, Turiono’s Youth extra-territorial Association, Amnesty International and the Italian-Iranian Committee for Democracy and Civil Rights in Iran participated in this session.

Mr. Tulio Monti, director of the Association discussed the increasing violation of human rights in Iran and said: the Iranian regime is not correctable; Khatami pursued the objectives and deeds of the Iranian supreme leader and there was no change in its nature, but due to economic interests, West propagated for Khatami.

Mr. Monti discussed the unprecedented role of the NCRI as the only democratic alternative to the Iranian regime and called the 10-article program of Mrs. Maryam Rajavi as a pattern for the whole Middle East for getting rid of dictatorship.
