May 19, 2018 – The names and specifications of two civilians killed by the Iranian regime’s security forces during the heroic protests in Kazerun have been obtained from sources inside the country.

 

Omid-Reza Yousefian

 

 

Incoming reports indicate Omid Yousefian was shot by anti-riot units during the past few days and suffered a major wound. Unfortunately, it was reported today that Yousefian lost his life in a hospital due to the severity of his wounds.

Yousefian was a building painter and said to be between 30 to 34 years of age.

 

Ali Mohammadian Azad

 

 

 

Ali Mohammadian Azad is another individual who has been shot and killed by Iranian regime security forces in Kazerun. A large poster with his picture was placed on the wall of his store.

Other people have also been killed by security forces during the past few days as protests continue in Kazerun. Sources inside Kazerun are continuing their efforts to obtain the names and specifications of others killed.

Numerous footage obtained by PMOI/MEK reporters inside Kazerun show plainclothes agents shooting protesters from the judiciary building rooftop. Other videos, also obtained by the PMOI/MEK network in Kazerun, vividly depict the large number of security forces dispatched by authorities from nearby cities such as Shiraz, and even Tehran, to quell the brave protesters.

People in a growing number of cities across the country, including Mashhad, Ahvaz, Zanjan and Doroud, are calling for protests in support of the heroic people of Kazerun.
