Family of slain pol prisoners, others rally outside Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison

Following the criminal execution of Gholamreza Khosravi, his family members and relatives of his fellow inmates rallied outside Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison. Khosravi’s family members held a gathering outside Tehran’s public prosecutors’ office protesting his criminal execution. The crowd gathering at this site terrified the mullahs’ regime, forcing them to tell the family members to go to Evin Prison to receive Khosravi’s body. This was actually aimed at preventing the spread of this protest rally.
The brother of Gholamreza Khosravi said outside Evin Prison that the mullahs’ regime has refused to hand over the body to his family, telling them they must receive Gholamreza’s body in the city of Isfahan. The mullahs’ regime, fearing the spread of such protest rallies, is refusing to hand over the body of this political prisoner to his family and thus preventing any ceremony that will most definitely turn into anti-regime protests. Instead, the bodies of such martyrs are secretly buried in the most remote places.
Khosravi’s sister outside of Evin Prison: “Right now we have come to Evin Prison to receive Gholamreza’s body, but they say the body is in Gohardasht. Another says it is Isfahan. It’s obvious that they want to secretly bury the body. They are even terrified of my brother’s dead body.”
She went on to deny this rumor that the mullahs’ regime had showed them Khosravi’s death sentence. “They detained us in a hall, then they got signatures from us that we have seen the verdict. What verdict did we see? Neither Gholamreza nor we had seen this verdict.”
“Now we have asked for his body, but Khodabakhshi starts giving us bogus answers and this rascal actually dared to insult us,” she added.
Khosravi’s sister called on international human rights organizations across the globe and said, “Why don’t you stand against these criminals and vicious animals? They killed my brother, what about the others? Do you want the remaining prisoners be killed like my brother? God damn anyone who appeases with these ruthless criminal?”
